Shipping Charges
I am shipping directly from Tropical Island Singapore. All dolls shall be properly packed and mailed out to you, your friends or your loved ones via Singpost standard airmail. It will take approximately 7 - 18 days for the parcel to reach you depending on where you live, it takes a little longer to reach Italy, Brazil, Ukraine and Mexico.
I will absorb the handling charges but you will need to pay the shipping cost of around USD12 - 26 for the first doll and an additional USD6 - 10 for every extra doll you might want to add on for the same shipment .
I will not charge any extra other than the actual shipping rate so basically, there's no hidden cost.
Actual shipping will be calculated depending on your location, so it is advisable for you to buy more each time to save on shipping. Do email me at dollsdiary@yahoo.com.sg for details. I've also provided estimated shipping for postage of the first 12" doll as below:

You may also opt for surface shipping which is relatively cheaper but it would take around 6 - 8 weeks for the parcel to reach you. I could also provide you with a no obligation quotation for Priority Airmail via EMS, DHL or FEDEX which takes only 2 - 5 days for delivery but this method is very costly.
To ensure a smoother delivery, buyer is advised to provide daytime contact number upon payment. Do contact me if you need any clarifications.
Mode of Payment
International buyer pays me securely via Paypal or Western Union Direct Deposit (otherwise known as Western Union Money Transfer) only as payment is almost immediate and I can arrange to mail out the item(s) to you within the next 2 working days. Please be informed that I DO NOT accept International Money Orders or Bank Draft.
If the above 2 methods do not work for you and your total purchases exceeds USD1000, you may also transfer the payment to our bank account but it will take around 1 - 3 days for the telegraphic transfer to be credited to our account.
